Maybe it’s the former school teacher in her, but Charlotte Ducote believes an educated approach is the best way to treat our most precious asset, our home.  To do this, Charlotte listens to her clients’ goals and empowers them with the information they need to make savvy decisions.  This method must work – she’s built a thriving business on it.

 

With a Specialist degree in education and over twenty-nine years of teaching experience, Charlotte has always enjoyed being a positive influence in the lives of others.  Education has always been a top priority in her life.  That positive, enthusiastic outlook is a way of life for this mother of four daughters, four granddaughters, and one grandson!

 

In the real estate arena, Charlotte has over five years of experience in the local market and has recently earned her Accredited Buyer Representative designation.  She brings her education background into her real estate career by  continuing to earn her real estate designations.  (educating her clients to better serve them…….)

 

Charlotte’s compassionate nature has earned her the award of Mrs Congeniality for the last two years​ within her company.
She has also been in the top 10 producers for Keller Williams for the last three years and also has served on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for the lasst two years.
